About the Event
Our monthly lunch and learn event is on October 14 and this month our topic is all about brain health and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's. We are honored to have Dr. Ira Goodman presenting and sharing his expertise with us as a leading researcher in the field. He is a neurologist and Consulting Director of Neuro Clinical Trials at AdventHealth with some important and surprising advice for us to keep our brains healthy.
Plus, Chef Mark will be showcasing tasty recipes that can be included in a MIND diet to keep our brains (and hearts) strong. Get ready for lots of yummy greens, nuts, berries and whole grains.
