About the Event
Our monthly Eat Well, Live Well series features a guest speaker on a health topic, a cooking demonstration, lunch and produce giveaway. Held on the second Monday of every month.
THIS MONTH: Dr. Richard Pratley, the Medical Director and Special Investigator with AdventHealth Diabetes Institute, will be discussing diabetes with us.
Chef Mark will be doing a cooking demonstration centered around cheap, tasty and healthy dinner ideas.
